8th Annual East High School Arts Walk

Join us for the 8th Annual East Arts Walk next Thursday, May 9, 2019 from 5:30pm-8:00pm at East and nine other locations along East Colfax. Through partnerships with local Colfax businesses and organizations, the public will enjoy student performing and visual art in diverse settings. This event is free and open to the public.
This event celebrates the power of community collaboration and student art expressed through Dance, Drama, Instrumental, Poetry, Prose, Speech, two- and three-dimensional Visual art, and Vocal music. Denver East High School tours, including the historic auditorium, Hall of Fame and clock tower museum, will operate from 5:45pm-7:05pm.

The S.A.M.E café will unveil its certified green food truck, the only one in Denver, at the event. A special finale integrating contemporary dance, instrumental, spoken word, and choir performances will close out the event.
